Quarternote Administrative Staff

Meet Our Administrative Team
Becky Noonan
Owner

Ms. Rebecca (Becky) Noonan is the Owner of Quarternote Counseling. She has been with the company for nearly all of its 9-year existence. Prior to taking ownership of the practice, Ms. Noonan served as Quarternote's Practice Manager.  Ms. Noonan possesses extensive experience working in a healthcare administrative position. She began her career in the field in 2002, working at a busy multi-location hand therapy office in Northern Virginia, becoming the Practice Manager of that company in 2008. In 2015 Ms. Noonan shifted into working in the mental health field, first as a receptionist and billing specialist, before joining Quarternote Counseling in 2016.

Ms. Noonan strives to ensure Quarternote is a welcoming environment for clients from all walks of life. She believes in embracing the individuality and uniqueness of all staff and clients, and that having the ability to "be yourself" is an empowering and crucial key to finding one's path and joy in life. Ms. Noonan is also proud of the highly skilled staff and quality of services Quarternote is able to offer clients. She believes that good and clear communication, respect, teamwork and always putting 100% effort into any task at hand are highly important qualities.

When not working, Ms. Noonan enjoys spending time with her family, playing games on her original NES system, watching old game shows and NFL football (Go Bears!)

Andrea Hunter-Bradley
Administrative Assistant
Picture
Andrea Hunter-Bradley is the Administrative Assistant at Quarternote Counseling and has been with the practice for just over 1 year. She has worked in the mental health field as a biller for over 2 years, however, her experience in the medical field spans 7 years, 4 of which were spent providing caregiving services as a nurse aide. Andrea has over 10 years of providing administrative service while working for Prince William County in the Human Rights Commission, Fair Housing Testing, and Public Safety as a 911 call taker. Additionally, she has also served as volunteer election officer.

As the office's administrative assistant and point of contact for billing, Andrea takes the skills learned from these various positions to provide a warm and welcoming experience for all Quarternote clients. New clients seeking services can expect Andrea to be the first person they speak to upon calling the office. She also handles e-mail communications such as confirming of our receipt of New Appointment Request Contact Forms, sending a "welcome" email to new clients when their intake session has been scheduled, and assists clients with their registration paperwork. She takes great pride in making sure the administrative process is easy and well understood by all.

Andrea is also the primary point of contact regarding insurance issues and account balances. She understands that the insurance world can be confusing and that extra help may be needed in understanding or navigating the associated terms and costs. It is for this reason that she encourages and welcomes everyone to reach out to both her and their insurance company to discuss billing procedures and address concerns in hopes of creating a more collaborative, judgement-free experience.

When she’s not working hard in the office, Andrea enjoys crafting, playing video games, watching old mystery movies, and listening to crime and history documentaries and commentators. She has a fascination with all things spooky and mermaids and loves a good sudoku, nonogram, and kanoodle puzzle.  ✿ ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ

As the person who will greet you at the front desk, Andrea hopes that everyone will feel comfortable enough to be themselves and ask her questions, and she is eager to help as they seek services here at Quarternote.
