"Creating Change" Group
For individuals who have experienced trauma or addiction
Quarternote Counseling is pleased to announce our "Creating Change" Group, which will begin in October 2024. Please review the informational flyer below. If you are interested in registering for this group, please complete the contact form located here. Your submission will be encrypted and secure.
Please note - submission of this form is to express interest in the group only and does not automatically register you as a participant. After submitting the contact form, all individuals interested in participating must complete a phone screening with the Group Lead Therapist, Wendy Freeman Rood, LPC, to determine if this group is well-suited for you. If the screening determines this group is not a good fit for you, or if the group is full, you may ask to be placed on a waitlist for a future group.
There is limited availability for this group, and participant registration will be completed on a first come, first served basis. *There may be an option to add an additional 8 weeks depending on group interest*
