Providing Outpatient Mental Health Counseling Services

AN IMPORTANT END OF YEAR REMINDER
​TO CLIENTS OF QUARTERNOTE COUNSELING

If you are aware of, or believe there may be, any changes to your insurance coverage that will be effective on or before January 1st, 2025, please inform our Administrative Assistant, Andrea Hunter-Bradley, of these changes immediately so she may provide assistance in confirming your new coverage. 
A change of insurance company or changes to your existing insurance policy may affect your coverage and/or your financial responsibilities.
To assist with this process, you may submit photos of your insurance card via the "Secure File Transfer" form, located here, which will be received by Ms. Hunter-Bradley and will be transmitted in an encrypted state.
Ms. Hunter-Bradley is available in the Main Office, Suite 200, Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. She may also be reached via phone by calling 703-479-2947.

Quarternote Counseling LLC is located at 9255 Center Street, Suite 200, Manassas VA, 20110. We are in the heart of Old Town Manassas, within an easy walk of the Manassas train station and many restaurants. Parking is available behind the building. 

Quarternote  Counseling, a private practice enterprise, provides outpatient mental health counseling.
