We ask anyone wishing to be seen at Quarternote submit a "New Client Appointment Request Contact Form" to express your interest in receiving services at our practice. You are welcome to name the therapist you're interested in seeing on that form, however, the final decision concerning the therapist with whom you will be scheduled will be made by the Clinical Director based on the training and experience they feel will best fit your needs. Some therapists may have full schedules and wait times to be seen may vary. We cannot accurately predict when a therapist may have availability open in their schedule for new clients.
